• Can you order items that you don’t have in the store?
     o Yes. We do our best to order new items our customer’s request.

• How long does it take to fill an order?
     o We ship items within 2 business days. Unless we are out of stock which will 2-3 weeks.

• Can I order online?
     o Yes. And we will ship across Canada.

• Do I need to be a teacher to shop at the store?
     o No. The store is open to the public as well.
